  When this location first opened they were great. Now the store manager seem to care more about catering orders then customers in the store. On 4 occasions in the past month I have stopped on a weekday at 6:30 am to find them out of many types of bagels. It's bad customer service to be stuffing all the bagels into catering boxes while your customer stands there and your telling him you don't have anymore of the type of bagel he wants.

  Nothing is done the right way... Salmon on a toasted sesame bagel for here comes as a non toasted bagel to go with no salmon... :-(

  Always good food. Polite service. Clean and tidy. Ample highchairs for my toddler which led me to believe that this place was extremely family friendly. However, there no changing tables. It's ok on a fair weather day as I can change baby/toddler in trunk of car if need be (not prefered!) but won't work in colder periods. I'll be going else where due to this. There are a few options within walking distance. When I inquired about it with staff I was told that they don't have it as it's not required by law. When I said neither are highchairs but you have those, I was given no response. I sent feedback to head office and got a generic message thanking me for my info. Is it really that hard to put in a changing table in a bathroom??
