  I order two sets of wings and after about an hour, we had not received anything. I called the restaurant and no answer. For the next two hours I kept calling and no answer. I had paid for the order as well since I ordered online. Ultimately, our food never came. I had been staying in a motel nearby only for that night. The next day when I was back home, about 5 hours away, I called to ask for a refund and they just kept saying they would make the order and bring my food even after I explained that I was 5 hours away. I then called corporate about 6 times and they finally had someone from the restaurant call me but that was about 4 days later and then, I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with the guy from the restaurant and again he said he would bring the order. After multiple times of explaining I wasn't in the area, he said I should call my bank and ask for my money back, which makes no sense. Finally, he said he would refund my credit card (though I don't expect that to happen). It seems to me that the restaurant or corporate would not only refund the money but offer something else on top like a $25 gift card for Dominos, but nothing. I would have given zero stars if it were possible.
